You will drive the growth and retention of the business with key professional customers in the Hospitality industry, including hotel chains, resorts, and luxury hospitality groups. This role is responsible for developing strategic relationships with the Hospitality clients, expanding existing partnerships, and securing new business opportunities in priority markets, with an initial focus on Thailand.\nResponsibilities:\n1. New Business Development\nProspect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business\n\nEnsure a robust pipeline of opportunities / sales funnel, focus on Thailand markets\n\nImprove our position with Professional based customer longer term.\n\nIdentify potentials and the decision makers within the client’s organizations\n\nResearch and build relationships with new markets\n\nLead the cross-functional Commercial Leadership Teams (CLTs) to develop proposals that address client’s needs, concerns, and objectives\n\nLead pricing the solution/service and obtain proposal approval\n\nHandle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion\n\nResponsible for global sales and profit targets\n\n2. Client Retention\nManage and grow relationships with existing Hospitality clients, ensuring delivery of tailored hygiene and cleaning solutions\n\nPresent new products and services and enhance existing relationships.\n\nWork with countries to meet customer needs during service delivery\n\nArrange and lead internal and external client debriefs\n\nManage business reviews\n\nManage the CLT(s), customer innovation projects etc.\n\nPlan and manage the participation in international conferences\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum of 8 to 10 years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality industry or relevant industries.\n\nProven success and experience with managing effective client relationships that are high, wide and deep\n\nBroad knowledge of management practices and good business analysis/project management skills\n\nProven ability to manage numerous projects, as well as resources, remotely in a highly dispersed organization\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with a wide range of audiences including senior management\n\nDemonstrated ability to work in a large, complex, matrix-oriented global business and manage numerous projects remotely in a highly dispersed organization.\n\nAbility to work independently while maintaining close working relationships with partners in functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Services, etc.\n\nSome Benefits of Working with Us:\nCompetitive salary and bonuses\n\nCompetitive health + wellness benefit plan\n\nContinuous professional development with many opportunities for growth\n\nHybrid work arrangement\n\nWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired job requirement.
