Solenis is a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree.\nFor additional information about Solenis, please visitwww.solenis.com or follow us on social media.\nSupport the Production Team and shift teammates in the safe and effective completion of daily production & loading requirements which will include:\nHandling raw materials (hazardous and non-hazardous)\nProducing and managing multiple production batches\nQuality control/routine testing of product samples\nData retrieval and entry in the facility’s computer system (SAP)\nSafe operation of powered industrial trucks and yard trucks.\nManagement and disposal of waste (hazardous and non-hazardous).\nSignificant moving, lifting and manual labor is required. All employees are expected to work safely in accordance with established safety policies and wear company-supplied PPE, including a respirator.\nPosition Requirements:\nReading, writing and mathematical aptitude is required for performance of job duties.\nThe successful candidate will possess computer skills or be able to acquire them through training.\nPosition Expectations:\nWork with and solicit input from team members to agree on the most effective way to meet daily tasks.\nWork with the Production Team to recommend and implement procedures or processes to make the team or plant more efficient and safe\nEnsure the Production Team complies with plant rules and expectations\nEnsure shift to shift information is communicated effectively\nEnsure that proper SAP data entry processes are followed\nAssume duties of Chemical Operator A in their absence\nGain introductory Chemical Operator A experience\nWork Schedule: \nThis role requires you to work a Pitman schedule which consists of 12 -hour shifts and being able to work overtime when needed.\nEducation:\nA high school diploma is required.
