This role is responsible foradvanced troubleshooting, equipment reliability, automation support, preventive maintenance, and mentoring maintenanceteam members.\nKey Responsibilities\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, automation, servo, robotics, and control systems.\n\nLead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and uptime.\n\nDevelop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.\n\nSupport equipment installation, commissioning, and capital projects.\n\nRead, modify, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs.\n\nDiagnose industrial networks including EtherNet/IP, Profinet, VLANs, and managed switches.\n\nMaintain electrical systems, motor controls, power distribution, VFDs, and safety circuits.\n\nUtilize CMMS to manage maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.\n\nTrain and mentor maintenance technicians on electrical and controlssystems.\n\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, GMPs, LOTO, Arc Flash, NFPA, and NEC requirements.\n\nPartner with Operations, Engineering, OEMs, and vendors to drive continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n7-10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation systems.\n\nExperience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and machine controls.\n\nKnowledge of industrial networking (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, VLANs, managed switches).\n\nAbility to read electrical schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.\n\nWorking knowledge of 480V three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, breakers, relays, and safety devices.\n\nExperience with root cause analysis, reliability initiatives, and preventive maintenance programs.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.\n\nAbility to lift upto 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work overtime as required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCMRT, CRL, Vibration Analysis, Infrared Thermography, or Ultrasound Certifications.\n\nRockwell, Siemens S7, or FANUC Automation Certifications.\n\nExperience with predictive maintenance technologies and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).\n\nSuccess Factors\nStrong safety focus and commitment to continuous improvement.\n\nProven problem-solving ability and results-driven mindset.\n\nExcellent teamwork, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nExperience Required: 7-10+ years Industrial Maintenance / Electro-Mechanical Experience\nSchedule: Must be flexible and available for overtime as needed.\nWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
