You will deliver exceptional technical service,maximisefirst-timefix rates, and ensure customers receive a safe,efficientand professional experience every time. This is afield-basedrole requiring strong technical ability,independenceand a commitment to service excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall,maintainand repair dosing and dispensing equipment and TASKI floorcare machines for Diversey customers.\n\nAttend customer sites for breakdowns, plannedmaintenanceand installation visits.\n\nDeliver consistentlyhigh levelsof customer service to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nMonitor andmaintainvan stock levels to support a strongfirst-timefix rate.\n\nMinimiseequipment downtime by using remote diagnosis and remote fix options where possible.\n\nPlan daily work efficiently tomaximiseproductivity and meet customer expectations.\n\nMaintain PPE and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers at all times.\n\nKeep Salesforce updated with job details, parts used, incomplete tasks andfollow-uprequirements.\n\nCommunicate effectively with the Planning teamregardingparts,schedulingand job status.\n\nParticipate fully in all training provided tomaintainand develop technical skill levels.\n\nExperience, Knowledge & Skills\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., automotive, mobility equipment, forklifts, motorcycles, white goods, boilers, etc.).\n\nStrong focus on quality,safetyand service excellence.\n\nAbility to work independently and use your own initiative.\n\nKeen eye for detail and a methodical approach toproblem-solving.\n\nConfidentcommunicatorwith customers and internal teams.\n\nFull UK DrivingLicence(essential).\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nHighfirst-timefix rate supported by strong van stock management.\n\nSafe,efficientand professional service delivery on every customer visit.\n\nAccurate andtimelyupdates in Salesforce.\n\nPositive customer feedback and strong working relationships.\n\nContinuous improvement in technical capability through training andhands-onexperience.\n\nAt Diversey - Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people.
