This role will serve as a liaison between the sales team and various internal departments to ensure seamless operations and support for the sales team. This role will also support North America PM Office with any additional administrative tasks as needed.\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Customer Setups:\nManage the setup of new customers in SAP and Salesforce.\nEnsure all necessary information is gathered and accurately entered into the systems.\n2. Install and Service Requests:\nHandle the processing of install and service requests.\nCoordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of these requests.\n3. Master Data Management:\n\nCorrect and update master data errors in Salesforce.\nEnsure data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating customer information.\n4. Liaison with TCS:\nAct as the primary point of contact between the sales team and TCS for service-related issues.\nEnsure all necessary information is provided to TCS to facilitate service calls and other customer-related activities.\n5. Dispenser Orders:\nPlace and approve dispenser orders as needed.\nEnsure orders are processed accurately and promptly.\n6. Process Improvement:\nIdentify areas for process improvement and work with relevant teams to implement changes;\nDevelop and maintain templates and forms to streamline customer setup and service request processes.\n7.
