This role negotiates favorable terms, volume discounts, andlong-termcontracts with suppliers, and prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for goods, services, and supplies. The position supports bothcustomer-relatedbusiness processes and internal purchasing needs.\nAs part of the Sourcing Operations Shared Services Center, the Procurement Analyst will work closely with the Solenis Global Sourcing team tomaintainsupplier and product data in SAP, generate performance reports, and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.\nThis role offers potential career growth into Sourcing (buyer roles) or other areas of the organization, depending on performance,fit, and business needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare, process, and manage purchase orders, requisitions, and outline agreements in SAP.\nImplementpricing, terms, and contractsforsuppliers to securerequestedconditions.\nMaintainaccuratesupplier and product information in SAP, ensuring data integrity and compliance.\nGenerate and analyze procurement and performance reports to support sourcing decisions.\nSupport sourcing teams with operational tasks assigned to the Shared Services Center.\nBuild andmaintainstrong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nMonitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensuretimelydeliveryof services.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and sourcing operations.\nRequired Qualifications\nSAP experience (musthave) - strong working knowledge of procurement modules (POs, outline agreements, vendor master data).\nExperience in procurement,purchasingoperations, or sourcing support roles.\nHandson experience with purchase orders, contracts, and supplier management.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports.\nExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).\nAbility to work collaboratively in a global,cross-functionalenvironment.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nWhat we Offer:\nHybrid working schedule - office in Warsaw (Poland) has earned WELL Platinum Certification from the International WELL Building Institute\n\nPrivate medical care by Lux-MED\n\nLife insurance by UNUM\n\nPPE after trial period\n\nSports card (Multisport)\n\nCompany Social Fund\n\nHow to Apply\nInterested?
