related records as requested by the Sales team.\nMaintain accurate customer information and ensure data integrity across business systems and file documents.\nManage incoming customer calls, emails, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.\nRespond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, quotations, contracts, billing, and account-related matters.\nHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution except it’s technical problem which should be communicated by technical person.\nTake payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.\nBuild and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and professional service support.\nSales and Service Administration Support\nAdminister service contracts, including contract creation, renewal tracking, amendments,\nCoordinate sample requests and ensure proper documentation and tracking.\nCoordinate water testing requests and related administrative activities between customers and the technical team.\nSupport material requisition activities and billing-related documentation.\nProcess supplier purchase requisitions (PRs) and review supplier invoices prior to submission to the Accounting Department.\nEnsure supporting documents are complete and comply with company requirements.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders regarding procurement and payment-related matters.\nAssist in the administration and monitoring of service-related business processes.\nStore and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports as necessary for new account.\nManaging other associated sales/rep/marketing /others:\nEnsure adherence to sales associated policies.\nThe Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints..\nThe Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the specialties as necessary.\nProduces commission reports according to commission scheme.\nCreates new and innovative ideas to improve sales support process.\nAssists the marketing department in new marketing or Promo campaigns\nFollow communication, procedures, guidelines and
