This position works closely with customer operations, maintenance, and production teams to deliver measurable results and long-term customer value.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct routine testing, monitoring, and analysis of pulp and paper manufacturing processes and chemical treatment programs.\nSupport wet-end, retention, drainage, strength, deposit control, and water treatment applications to ensure optimal mill performance.\nTroubleshoot process upsets, quality issues, and equipment performance concerns in partnership with customer personnel.\nAnalyze operating data and provide recommendations to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.\nManage chemical inventories and support product deliveries to ensure uninterrupted customer operations.\nMaintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot chemical feed systems, pumps, instrumentation, and monitoring equipment.\nPrepare and communicate service reports, performance updates, and improvement recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.\nCollaborate with Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction, business retention, and identification of growth opportunities.\nQualifications\nStrong understanding of paper machine operations, process chemistry, or mill support functions preferred.\nStrong analytical, communication, and customer relationship skills.\nAbility to work independently in a manufacturing environment and support multiple priorities.\nValid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.\n#LI-DS1\nLocation:\nWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
