They will be responsible for conducting basic lab tests, maintenance and installation of equipment, chemical transfers and process monitoring in paper and pulp mills. They will be required to keep detailed records of inventory, report out results, and work safely.\nThe primary resource who performs routine testing and monitoring at the customer site including data entry and contributes to service report preparation\nInterfaces with the customer to understand any issues with chemicals or equipment\nManages product inventory at the customer including deliveries to process units and offloading to customer tanks Adjusts chemical feed levels to meet optimal chemical performance based on routine testing and monitoring.\nAlerts the site manager or support engineer of any problems or opportunities with the customer and begins to troubleshoot issues\nConducts expanded testing of process variables to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts\nSpecs out, sets up, maintains and troubleshoots monitoring and feed equipment\nWorks with the site team and customers to ensure optimal program performance.\nCompletes mechanical and electrical equipment repairs.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nPosition is primarily M-F day shift but can include weekend OT hours.\nMinimum 2 years experience working on mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment.
