This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building strong customer relationships and working independently while delivering outstanding technical service.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and servicing of dispensing equipment and systems, while providing customers with training and technical support. You'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and achieve the best outcomes from our products and solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall and commission dispensing and dosing equipment at customer sites.\nPerform preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs.\nRespond to customer breakdown calls and technical support requests.\nConduct customer training and ensure training records are completed.\nBuild strong relationships with store managers, operators, engineers and other customer stakeholders.\nMonitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.\nSupport new customer and site rollouts across multiple industry sectors.\nComplete service reporting and documentation through company systems.\nMaintain safety documentation and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and customer-focused technical professional with strong organisational skills and a practical approach to problem solving.\nExperience in field service, equipment maintenance, technical support or a similar role.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent communication and customer relationship management skills.\nThe ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality service delivery.\nExperience delivering
