primarily responsible for meeting Key opinion leaders in hospitals (Microbiologists, infection control teams, Operations Heads) and demonstrating the company's value proposition.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAchieving monthly and annual sales target for an assigned Territory.\nManaging and developing distributor network.\nContinuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement through new account research and acquisition planning, leveraging sector expertise and market intelligence.\nTake the lead initiative in developing a first-class rapport with identified key customers/customer groups in the assigned territory.\nGain business at targeted new accounts within pricing/margin guidelines.\nContinually evaluate key competitor activities, analyse effectiveness and prepare defensive strategic ploys.\nDevelop business relationship with key decision makers to further our business interests.\nImplement with the team customer training & education training programs\nPlan daily, weekly and annual objectives and activities to maximise customer contact and effectiveness.\nContinuously update all sales activities (e.g. funnel) using Salesforce or other CRM systems.\nProvide a monthly update to direct manager on the following:\nTracking against KPI’s\nPlans for coming month/quarter\nPerformance against previous plans\nManage effective internal stakeholders (Customer Service, Marketing & Finance) relationships and ability to deliver the Healthcare strategy through matrix reporting structure.\nWork closely with Application Specialists to identify and develop relevant value propositions for customers.\nKNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/PERSON PROFILE\nDemonstrated Healthcare Sales Management experience.\nDemonstrated proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships\nHygiene/sanitation experience.\nComputer literacy in Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.\nExperience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce\nAble to demonstrate self-management skills\nExcellent time management
