Solenis is a 2025 Best Managed Company Gold Standard honoree.\nFor additional information about Solenis, please visitwww.solenis.com or follow us on social media.\nAdministers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment | Accounts for all materials and supplies in the stores facilities; audits goods received into warehouse | Oversees receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures | Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space | Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment\nCore Responsibilities:\nReceive materials into SAP by verifying packing-slip quantities against purchase order requirements and ensuring accurate system entry.\n\nMove received items into designated inventory locations and maintain orderly, well-organized storage areas.\n\nProvide backup support to shipping operations as needed to maintain workflow continuity.\n\nEvaluate inventory space, reorganize stock, and make location adjustments to maximize storage efficiency.\n\nInspect inbound shipments for damage and document issues before signing carrier receiving paperwork.\n\nPull required items from inventory to fulfill Pick, Pull, and Ship orders with accuracy and completeness.\n\nPackage outbound items using appropriate cartons, protective materials, and company packaging standards.\n\nWeigh shipments and apply correct freight charges using approved carrier or freight-rating software.\n\nGenerate packing slips, verify order details, and affix all required documentation to each package.\n\nCoordinate daily pickup times with transportation carriers and ensure shipments are ready for handoff.\n\nQualifications:\nHS Diploma\n\n1 year manufacturing experience preferably in shipping/receiving.\n\nVendor Pickups and deliveries to local locations\nWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
