Minimizing back and forth with our customer by providing them the most accurate settlement reports to aid in their Content Claim process.\nJob Responsibilities:\nTriage and Handling of complex assignments to ensure claims are set up for success.\nOwnership of files from Triage to Valuation services; right-sizing effort and collaboration as needed.\nManages all tasks and actions necessary to move claims to Contents Valuation.\nResponds appropriately and professionally to customers both internally and externally.\nCollaborate with all business units and queues within Enservio; across both Valuation and Inventory Services. \nEffectively understand all requirements for specific claim handling and offer solutions to right-size the assignment.\nAdheres to all applicable service levels.\nWork closely with Adjuster Owners on accounts.\nAssists with special projects assigned by management.\nProvide customer service via Live Chat & Hotline.\nQualifications:\nDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement in quality and process.\nStrong multitasking skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams throughout the day.\nSelf-motivated and capable of maintaining high productivity in a remote work setting.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong analytical, listening, and problem-solving abilities.\nProven time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.\nExperience resolving claims efficiently within defined service-level agreements.\nAbility to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently with strong attention to detail.\nComfortable making sound decisions with minimal supervision.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; ability to quickly learn new applications and tools.\n1-3 years of customer service experience.\nPrior experience or knowledge in property and casualty claims is preferred but not required.\nMust have flexibility to work varied shifts, including late hours, based on business needs.\nAssociate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.\nIt is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
