For more information, please visit solera.com.\nThe Role\nSolera is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Professional Services Regional Manager to lead the delivery and growth of professional services across the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria). This role is responsible for managing customer implementations, consulting engagements, and post-sales service delivery while driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.\nThe successful candidate will lead regional professional services teams, collaborate closely with sales and product organizations, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of Solera solutions. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and experience managing enterprise customer relationships in a fast-paced technology environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead and manage Professional Services operations across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.\nOversee implementation, onboarding, consulting, integration, and customer success activities for Solera solutions.\nBuild and develop high-performing regional teams, including consultants, project managers, and implementation specialists.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.\nPartner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to align customer outcomes with business objectives.\nAct as a senior escalation point for customers and proactively manage risks and issue resolution.\nDrive regional services revenue growth, utilization targets, and operational performance metrics.\nDevelop and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships across enterprise accounts.\nSupport strategic account planning, renewals, and expansion opportunities in collaboration with commercial teams.\nStandardize delivery methodologies, processes, and best practices across the region.\nMonitor regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support business growth initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regional regulatory requirements.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, SaaS, Automotive Technology, or Enterprise Software environments.\nProven experience managing regional or multi-country service delivery teams.\nStrong project and stakeholder management skills with experience delivering enterprise-scale implementations.\nDemonstrated ability to manage P&L responsibilities, utilization, forecasting, and services revenue targets.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.\nExperience working in matrixed global organizations.\nFluent in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.\nWillingness to travel across the DACH region as required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within automotive, insurance, fleet, mobility, or vehicle lifecycle management industries.\nFamiliarity with SaaS delivery models, system integrations, and enterprise software deployment methodologies.\nProject management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are beneficial.\nIt is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
