For more information, please visit solera.com.\nThe Role\nThe Junior Account Manager plays a critical role in maintaining and growing Solera’s Fleet Solutions portfolio. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, driving retention and renewal initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across a rapidly expanding book of business.\nThe ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder, detail-oriented executor, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are skilled at managing multiple priorities, leveraging data insights to identify risk, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality interactions. This role is essential to sustaining Solera’s growth, service performance, and customer loyalty within the SMB market segment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nManage an assigned book of business within the SMB Fleet portfolio, maintaining a 98%+ customer retention rate while proactively identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Solera solutions.\nConduct and complete monthly Account Health Reviews to assess customer satisfaction, product usage, and expansion opportunities.\nExecute Checkpoint Outreaches and Events to engage customers, strengthen relationships, and identify growth potential.\nMonitor and maintain SLA compliance, ensuring all customer inquiries receive timely follow-up. \nCollaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Sales, Billing, Accounts Receivables, Order Management, and Product teams to address escalations and deliver timely resolutions.\nSupport proactive risk management by identifying at-risk accounts and developing action plans to mitigate churn.\nContribute to ongoing process improvements, aligning with team goals for execution efficiency, quality, and customer experience.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles within a SaaS, telematics, or technology company.\nProven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and customer satisfaction goals.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Spanish.\nProficiency in CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Power BI, or similar platforms).\nData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights and act strategically.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.\nCustomer-advocacy attitude with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality service.\nIt is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
