  • Support customers in adopting new features and best practices, ensuring they realize ongoing value from the platform.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and platforms (experience a plus) to analyze usage, identify opportunities, and improve account performance.
  • Operational Excellence & Internal Collaboration
  • Use Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) to build reports, presentations, and account documentation.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of account activity, opportunities, and risks within internal systems (e.g., CRM).
  • Partner with implementation, support, product, and marketing teams to resolve issues, launch new solutions, and drive engagement.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Events, Trade Shows, and Customer Engagement
  • Support national accounts at trade shows, conventions, and industry events as needed, including on-site meetings and presentations.
  • Represent Solera professionally, demonstrating product knowledge and industry expertise in both Collision and Mechanical pillars.
  • Assist with planning and executing customer events, user groups, and executive meetings.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in automotive Collision and/or Mechanical environments.
  • Experience working with SaaS products, including comfort discussing subscriptions, renewals, and usage metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in retention-focused roles with clear goals around renewals and churn reduction.
  • Proven ability to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel for reporting, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation, Outlook/Teams for communication).
  • Experience using or supporting AI-enabled platforms or analytics tools is a strong plus.
  • Prior trade show, convention, or large industry event experience (booth support, customer meetings, or sessions).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment with defined metrics and targets.
