Within the Netherlands market, our Data Processing portfolio consists of CHV (Clearing House Volmachten) and VRA (Volmacht Resultaat Analyse), services that process, validate, enrich, reconcile and deliver insurance portfolio, financial and claims information to insurers and delegated authority organizations.\nThe CHV/VRA platform supports critical insurer processes, operational reporting, regulatory reporting, portfolio analysis, data quality monitoring, and management information services. The platform currently serves dozens of insurers and hundreds of MGA data providers and remains a strategic component of Solera's International Underwriting portfolio.\nThe Role\nAs Product Owner for CHV/VRA Dataprocessing, you are responsible for defining and executing the product vision, roadmap and backlog for the CHV/VRA portfolio.\nYou act as the primary liaison between insurers, MGA organizations, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Data Processing specialists and commercial teams. You ensure that customer requirements, market developments, regulatory obligations and operational needs are translated into clear priorities and deliverables.\nYou provide day-to-day direction to AI driven teams and maintain ownership of the product backlog, release planning and roadmap execution. You balance customer commitments, technical debt, compliance requirements, operational stability and strategic product investments.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduct Ownership\nOwn and maintain the CHV/VRA product backlog.\nDefine product vision and roadmap in alignment with Product Management.\nPrioritize features, enhancements and maintenance activities.\nTranslate customer and market needs into epics, features and user stories.\nEnsure backlog readiness and sprint preparation.\nLead backlog grooming and iteration planning activities.\nCoordinate release planning and production deployment priorities.\nCustomer & Market Engagement\nAct as primary product contact for insurers, MGAs and strategic customers.\nConduct requirements workshops and customer alignment sessions.\nSupport customer implementations, migrations and onboarding activities.\nParticipate in customer working groups and advisory boards.\nEvaluate customer feedback and convert findings into roadmap priorities.\nData Processing & Domain Ownership\nMaintain deep understanding of CHV Financial, Policy & Claims processing.\nMaintain understanding of VRA portfolio reporting and analytics.\nMonitor data quality, reconciliation, validation and transformation requirements.\nSupport insurer-specific output specifications and integrations.\nDrive simplification and standardization initiatives across the processing chain.\nSafeguard regulatory and market compliance requirements.\nDelivery Leadership\nProvide vision and direction to development teams.\nSupport refinement sessions and backlog prioritization.\nCoordinate dependencies between Engineering, QA and Operations.\nParticipate in sprint reviews and release planning.\nSupport acceptance testing and operational readiness.\nManage scope, delivery risks and stakeholder expectations.\nOperational Continuity\nReview operational metrics and customer-impact issues.\nSupport ISAE3402, audit and compliance-related activities.\nCommercial Support\nSupport Sales and Account Management teams with product expertise.\nParticipate in product demonstrations and customer presentations.\nSupport business cases and value proposition development.\nAssist with customer proposals and roadmap discussions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field.\nMinimum 5 years experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis or Product Management.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum and AI delivery methodologies.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience translating business requirements into software requirements.\nKnowledge of API-based solutions, data processing platforms or analytics solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nFluent Dutch and professional English.\nPreferably based in the Netherlands due to the need for on-site customer visits and training\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge of the Dutch insurance or MGA market.\nExperience with delegated authority, policy administration, claims or financial reporting.\nExperience with QlikSense, data warehousing, reporting or data integration solutions.\nExperience with large-scale data processing environments.\nUnderstanding of regulatory and audit requirements within financial
