As an expert Trainer, you will report into the Regional Training Manager and will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training courses both on-site and remotely. This position is virtual and will require travel to various locations to deliver on-site courses.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDeliver training courses to participants, both on-site and remotely, ensuring high-quality content delivery and effective knowledge transfer.\nDevelop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources, to ensure they are up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.\nCollaborate with the training team to identify training needs, design training programs, and develop training schedules.\nEvaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.\nStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to automotive standards and incorporate them into training programs.\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent training service and addressing any training-related inquiries or concerns.\nContinuously improve training methodologies and techniques to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training delivery.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between training objectives and business goals.\nMonitor and report on training program effectiveness, analyzing feedback and performance data to make recommendations for improvements.\nSupport the Sales team with closing training opportunities as the SME for training.\nCollaborate with other Professional Services team members in the country/region, particularly when involved with major projects eg; supporting migrations of customers across the Solera platforms.\nWork to KPIs on the quality of the training delivered and to ensure customer satisfaction.\nCollaboration with Sales and Rev Ops to ensure revenue targets are met.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nA strong understanding of automotive standards and processes, particularly for body shop segment.\nProven experience as a trainer, delivering automotive training courses to participants at various levels.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.\nStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with participants and stakeholders.\nAbility to adapt to an ever-changing environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.\nHighly motivated and results-driven, with a customer-centric approach.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nWillingness to travel to various locations to deliver on-site training courses.\nProficiency in using virtual training platforms and tools.\nKnowledge of the automotive industry and experience in collision repair or related fields is preferred.\nAbility to build content and presentations, to support training courses.\nProficiency in the local language is required;
