Willingness to travel approximately 15%.\nWhat You'll Do:\nManage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary strategic advisor for account performance. \nConduct business reviews evaluating KPIs, adoption trends, ROI, and growth opportunities. \nDevelop account strategies focused on retention, expansion, and account health. \nCollaborate with Customer Success Managers, Vice Presidents, implementation teams, and product specialists. \nMaintain accurate customer records and opportunity tracking within Salesforce CRM. \nDeliver executive-level presentations and recommendations to dealership leadership. \nSupport revenue growth through renewals, upsell opportunities, and increased product adoption.
