Reporting directly to the Senior Facilities Field Manager, the Facilities Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance/upkeep of the studios through work queue management.\nThis position will be fully remote, with the ideal candidate residing in the Pacific Time Zone and the capability to travel to our Arlington, VA headquarters as needed.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate and track multiple facilities projects simultaneously from initiation through completion\n\nManage a high volume of work orders across varying priority levels, ensuring timely responses and resolution by internal teams and vendors.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and building management\n\nCommunicate project timelines and expectations to field and regional teams\n\nSolicit, review, and manage vendor bids and proposals\n\nIssue and manage work orders through our CMMS, FEXA\n\nCoordinate contractor site access, scheduling, and on-site activity\n\nEnsure vendors meet compliance, insurance, and safety requirements\n\nCoordinate with studio field teams to minimize disruption during project execution\n\nEnter and update project data in FEXA\n\nServe as on-call point of contact for studio teams up to twice per month\n\nAd hoc projects (ex. document overall review of vendor performance, rollout new vendor pilots across field teams)\n\nSupport other Facilities Project Coordinators that are out of office\n\nWhat skills you'll bring to us:\nA self-starter who takes ownership of their work, drives tasks forward independently, and proactively identifies what needs to be done without waiting to be asked.\n\nAble to identify problems, work though solutions, and connect the dots across departments.
