This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.\nResponsibilities:\nEmployee Lifecycle & Operations\nSupport a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for HQ (corporate) and Field employees, including background checks, I-9 compliance, systems access, documentation, and Workday data management\n\nAssist with employee changes including promotions, compensation updates, transfers, and any assigned business process.\n\nSupport new hire orientation and contribute to onboarding program improvements to ensure a high-quality experience for HQ (corporate) and Field employees\n\nAssist with employment documentation management including offer letters, employment agreements, and other onboarding documents.\n\nPartner with the Sr. People Manager to support alignment and operational execution across key initiatives\n\nData Integrity & Compliance\nMaintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and documentation to support compliance with federal, state, and local regulations\n\nMaintain accurate employee records and data integrity across HR systems including Workday and external systems such as Mind Body Online (MBO)\n\nHelp maintain Workday Help Articles and SOPs to support enablement and clarity across HQ (corporate) and Field teams\n\nEmployee Experience & Operational Support\nServe as a point of contact for HR related inquiries via email and Workday Help Cases.\n\nManage Workday transactions for employee lifecycle.\n\nSupport benefits enrollment and life event questions in partnership with Total Rewards\n\nPartner with Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, IT, and other cross-functional teams as needed\n\nQualifications:\n2-3 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations\nWorkday experience required\n\nExperience supporting moderate to high-volume hiring environments\n\nWorking knowledge of HR compliance and documentation standards\n\nStrong attention to detail and process orientation\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams\n\nComfort working in HR systems to maintain employee records, document cases, track actions, and pull reports\n\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion\n\nProficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel for tracking and reporting\n\nHR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) a plus\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\nCompetitive salary range of $63,358 to $70,485 per year,
