This person will set a high bar for product design, visual craft, interaction design, prototyping, and usability across our mobile app, website, and emerging digital experiences.\nThis role requires a designer with strong consumer product instincts, excellent visual taste, and the ability to translate complex business rules into simple, intuitive, beautiful experiences that clients love and engineering teams can build efficiently.\nThe ideal candidate has experience designing mobile-first consumer apps, building or maturing design systems, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Lifecycle, CX, and Operations teams. They should bring a strong point of view, but also be collaborative, practical, and focused on shipping high-quality work.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProduct Design & User Experience\nLead UX/UI design for [solidcore]’s mobile app, website, and client-facing digital experiences.\n\nDesign beautiful, intuitive, mobile-first experiences that improve client satisfaction, retention, conversion, utilization, and engagement.\n\nTranslate complex membership, booking, scheduling, payment, and personalization rules into simple, clear client experiences.\n\nBuild user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and interaction models for new and existing product features.\n\nUse client feedback, behavioral data, research, and business goals to inform design decisions.\n\nIdentify and solve design debt across the app and broader digital ecosystem.\n\nVisual Craft & Design Systems\nEstablish and evolve [solidcore]’s digital product design system across mobile and web.\n\nCreate reusable components, UI patterns, and design standards that improve quality, consistency, accessibility, and development speed.\n\nPartner with Engineering to ensure designs are implementation-ready and easy to translate into production.\n\nExplore modern design-to-code workflows, AI-enabled design tools, and front-end collaboration practices that help accelerate delivery.\n\nMaintain a high standard for visual design, interaction quality, accessibility, and usability.\n\nPrototyping & Product Vision\nOwn high-fidelity prototypes for major product concepts, app improvements, and new digital experiences.\n\nBring a strong product and design point of view to help shape what [solidcore] should build next.\n\nCreate concepts that connect the studio experience to clients’ lives outside the studio, including habit-building, progress, personalization, motivation, and community-oriented experiences.\n\nHelp the organization visualize future-state product opportunities before they are fully built.\n\nBalance ambitious product vision with practical execution and delivery constraints.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Product and Engineering from discovery through implementation.\n\nCollaborate with Marketing, Lifecycle, CX, Operations, and Studio teams to ensure digital experiences support business and client needs.\n\nClearly communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nParticipate in product planning, prioritization, and testing discussions.\n\nHelp raise the overall product design standard across the organization.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired\n8+ years of UX/UI, product design, or interaction design experience.\n\nStrong portfolio demonstrating exceptional mobile app design, visual craft, interaction design, and consumer product thinking.\n\nExperience designing consumer-facing mobile apps, ideally products used frequently by large audiences.\n\nExpert proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.\n\nExperience building, maintaining, or significantly improving a design system.\n\nStrong understanding of iOS, Android, responsive web, accessibility, and modern product design standards.\n\nExperience partnering closely with Product and Engineering to ship designs into production.\n\nAbility to simplify complex workflows, business rules, and user journeys into clear, intuitive experiences.\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nPreferred\nExperience designing products in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, marketplace, subscription, membership, or booking-based businesses.\n\nExperience designing habit-forming, progress-tracking, personalization, recommendation, or community-oriented consumer experiences.\n\nExperience with React Native product environments or design-to-code workflows.\n\nExperience using AI-enabled design, prototyping, research, or front-end collaboration tools.\n\nExperience designing across digital and physical touchpoints, such as in-studio, in-store, or in-venue experiences.\n\nPassion for [solidcore]’s brand, workout, and client experience.\n\nTo apply, please submit your resume along with a link to your portfolio.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary range of $118,756 -
