Europe is the core: Warsaw, Nicosia, and a remote team that keeps growing. Your job is to turn Solidgate into a destination, not just an option.\nYou'll build our EVP for international talent and take it to market - finding where strong candidates actually spend their time and showing up there with content, events, recruitment marketing, employee advocacy, and paid promos.
