You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver outstanding client experiences, identify growth opportunities.\nWhat you’ll own\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, supporting them in all payment-related questions.\n\nIdentify growth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.\n\nUnderstand client needs and recommend suitable product solutions.\n\nResearch markets and industries to discover new business opportunities.\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver the best client experience.\n\nTrack and report client performance metrics, providing insights that guide decisions both internally and externally.\n\nYou’re a great fit if you have\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress)\n\nStrong academic achievements and results\n\nEnglish proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher\n\nStrong communicator with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nOrganized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment\n\nHigh level of responsibility and a results-driven mindset\n\nWhy Solidgate?\nNo internships here - we build careers.
