There's no old legacy code to deal with, so you'll be learning and building on a fresh, modern codebase from the start.\nBilling is one of the key parts of our product - it's responsible for issuing bills, retrying failed payments, managing subscriptions, and helping the company earn revenue.\nYour team: 1 Product Manager, 3 Senior Engineers, 1 Automation QA, 1 Domain Analyst.\nWhat you'll own\nBuilding automated email reminders that recover failed payments and keep subscriptions active\n\nContributing to a new Billing Dashboard where merchants can see their revenue, subscriptions, and payment stats\n\nTaking part in splitting a payment-retry feature into its own separate service, with a clean API between it and the main system\n\nWorking on the Coupons service - building its new API and moving existing users over to it\n\nYou’re a great fit if you have\n6+ months of experience with Go\n\nBasic experience with databases (PostgreSQL is a plus)\n\nWillingness to learn testing: unit, integration, functional, e2e\n\nAn open, proactive mindset - you like to ask questions, try things, and take responsibility for your work\n\nCuriosity and genuine interest in learning how a fintech product works\n\nNice to have\nUnderstanding of microservices\n\nWhy Solidgate?\nNo internships here - we build careers.
