About the Role

As a Junior Operations Analyst, you’ll dive into Solidgate’s internal processes and help optimize them to ensure our clients get the best payment solution on the market.

This role gives you hands-on experience at the intersection of operations, analytics, and product - working side by side with our technical and business teams to make payments seamless for businesses worldwide.

What you’ll own

• Conducting technical onboarding of new clients into the Solidgate system

• Supporting processes related to Solidgate’s payment services

• Building new workflows and optimizing existing ones

• Handling analytical requests from clients

• Setting up payment routing

• Collaborating closely with product and technical teams inside the company

• Communicating with partner banks’ technical support teams

• Detecting and resolving anomalies in the payment process

You’re a great fit if you have

• Bachelor’s in Applied Mathematics / Systems Analysis / Software Engineering / related field (completed or in progress)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

• Knowledge of SQL and Python

Practical experience with Postman and knowledge of Tableau will set you apart.
