About the Role
We’re scaling fast, and our marketing and sales teams need a creative powerhouse - that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer focused on acquisition to take our visual communications to the next level.
You’ll be the force behind designs that make Solidgate stand out and bring in new clients. From marketing campaigns to sales decks, social media to events, your work will be fast, bold, and results-driven.This is a role with zero limits - experiment with tools, try new formats, push ideas, use AI, and see your designs live in campaigns, emails, and sales materials from day one.
It’s hands-on, high-impact, and all about blending creativity with business - in a company that’s scaling fast and betting big on marketing.

What you'll own
- Content graphics - visuals for our blog, documentation, and other educational materials
- Email design - templates for release notes, product updates, notifications, and marketing emails
- Social media visuals - content for LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms
- Sales team support - presentations, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials
- Events and brand presence - visuals for conferences and exhibitions (stands, banners, merch, brand zones)
You're a great fit if you have
- 3+ years in IT, SaaS, or product companies in a similar role
- Strong understanding of modern AI tools and workflows, with the ability to effectively integrate them into the design process
- Strong grasp of typography, composition, layout, and branding fundamentals
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Ownership, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset
Nice to have
- Proficiency in video creation, including traditional tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and modern AI-powered platforms (e.g. Higgsfield AI, Runway, Kling, Veo)
- 3D skills (Blender, Cinema 4D)
