You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, product, and operations, owning the technical side of merchant integrations and shaping how businesses across the world work with payments.\nWhat You’ll Own\nTechnical support for new merchants during onboarding, from first integration to go-live\n\nOngoing technical support for existing merchants across their lifecycle with Solidgate\n\nSupport for the L1 Support team on technical and integration-related topics\n\nParticipation in pre-sales calls, helping explain integration options and technical capabilities\n\nMerchant system integration with Solidgate: hosted payment pages, payment forms, Apple Pay / Google Pay, routing logic, and data flows\n\nGuidance on optimal payment setups to help merchants scale efficiently and reliably\n\nYou’re a Great Fit if You Have\n2+ years of experience in technical support, technical account management, or a similar role\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills - clear, structured, and merchant-focused\n\nKnowledge of Postman and basic SQL\n\nEnglish at Upper-Intermediate level or higher\n\nOwnership mindset: you care about results and long-term merchant success\n\nAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and stay calm and focused when handling urgent cases\n\nOpenness, empathy, and motivation to grow - both personally and with the product\n\nNice to Have\nHands-on experience running technical demos\n\nFamiliarity with payment systems, APIs, or fintech products\n\nWhy Solidgate?\nHigh-impact role: You’re not inheriting a perfect system - you’re building one.
