We are seeking applicants who will grow and thrive in our culture; be customer inspired, trusting, innovative, team-oriented, inclusive, results driven, collaborative, passionate, and flexible.\n In this CQE role, you will be responsible for delivering a world class quality and technology experience to our enterprise SSD customers. you will be the first point of contact within engineering team to respond to customer quality and technology related inquiries and problems.\nYou will be responsible to work with our sales partners and reach out to customers and their ODM partners to proactively engage and manage any potential quality or technology concern. Our goal is to build a strong working level partnership with our customers to monitor and react to our products issues.\nIt is expected you will be able to engage with our customers to build positive relationships and deliver a support model that fits the customer’s expectations. The scope of the position will include the following:\nThe scope of the position will include the following:\n(1) Work as 1st contact within DCE to manage customer technical and quality inquires and request\n(2) Oversee new product introduction progress at our customer with sales team and respond to any technical issue detected by customers.\n(3) Managing the operations of failure analysis request from customer\n(4) Partnering with engineering and our sales team to offer solutions in a timely manner, continue to improve our customer’s experience\n You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your current or previous positions.\nMinimum Requirements\nA bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.\nKnowledge of electrical products or semiconductor components or server system\nHave a customer orientation focused mentality and communication skills can engage both our customers and our internal partners.\nAble to communicate in both Chinese and English\nPreferred Qualifications\nCandidates meeting one or more of below requirements will be highly preferred:\nKnowledge or work experience in Storage products (SSDs or HDD), DRAM, NAND failure analysis and problem solving\nKnowledge or work experience of Customer Quality/Application Engineer/Field Application Engineer for electronic products or semiconductor product, who is the customer interface that demonstrated a high degree of customer satisfaction as it related to service.\nKnowledge or work experience in NAND/SSD/Server manufacturing working for either the manufacturer (ODM, OEM) or as a supplier/customer of the factory. \nWilling to travel to customer sites across China.
