We are seeking applicants who will grow and thrive in our culture; be customer inspired, trusting, innovative, team-oriented, inclusive, results driven, collaborative, passionate, and flexible.\n The Corporate Financial Reporting & Analysis Director is a key leader within the Corporate Finance organization responsible for enterprise-wide financial reporting, management reporting, forecasting consolidation, KPI governance, and executive decision support. This role partners closely with Accounting, Treasury, Business Unit FP&A teams, and senior executives to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support operational execution and strategic decision-making. The position serves as the central owner of management reporting processes, quarterly forecast consolidation, annual operating plan coordination and long-range planning support. The individual will lead a team responsible for delivering executive reporting packages to the CEO, CFO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders as appropriate.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnterprise Reporting & Consolidation\nLead consolidated company financials, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning (LRP) reporting.\nOwn enterprise-wide management reporting packages, including:Revenue and gross margin reporting\nOperating expense reporting\nHeadcount reporting\nCapital expenditure reporting\nKPI scorecards\n\nDrive monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reviews.\nExecutive & Board Reporting\nDevelop CFO, CEO, Executive Staff, and Board reporting materials.\nTranslate complex financial information into concise executive-level insights and recommendations.\nIdentify key trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers affecting results.\nSupport financial close and forecasting, and own financial reporting package for management.\nFP&A Leadership\nCoordinate forecast submissions across all FP&A teams and functions.\nDrive forecasting accuracy, reporting discipline, and planning process improvements.\nLead financial planning calendar management, reporting governance, and deliverable tracking.\nPartner with business leaders to evaluate spending, headcount, investment priorities, and resource allocation decisions.\nPartner with Accounting, Internal Audit and Tax teams on GAAP/non-GAAP reporting framework, management discussion/analysis support and reporting process governance.\nSystems & Data Governance\nServe as a business owner for FP&A reporting systems and dashboards.\nImprove automation and reporting efficiencies through planning and reporting platforms.\nEstablish KPI governance, master reporting definitions, and data quality standards.\nTeam Leadership\nBuild, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and managers.\nFoster a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, and business partnership.\nEstablish clear objectives, performance expectations, and career development plans.\n Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.\n15+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or Reporting experience.\nSignificant exposure to Executive Leadership Team.\nDemonstrated experience leading teams and enterprise planning processes.\nCritical Success Factors\nStrong executive presence and communication skills.\nAbility to synthesize large amounts of complex information into actionable insights.\nDeep understanding of financial statements and corporate performance drivers.\nExceptional attention to detail balanced with strategic thinking.\nAbility to influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering.\nProven capability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, highly matrixed environment.\n This position is also eligible to participate in Solidigm's restricted stock unit (RSU), restricted cash unit (RCU), and cash bonus programs.
