We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Intern to join our NAND Development organization and support key initiatives in business analytics, workforce planning, operational reporting, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with business leaders and cross-functional teams while developing analytical, operational, and strategic business skills. The successful candidate will leverage data and Microsoft 365 technologies to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.\nAnalyze workforce, operational, and business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nSupport organizational planning, workforce management, and headcount reporting activities.\nBuild and maintain data models, trackers, and reporting solutions using advanced Microsoft Excel.\nPerform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance to ensure reporting accuracy.\nSupport the administration and continuous improvement of Microsoft SharePoint sites and knowledge management resources.\nAssist in documenting business processes, standard operating procedures, and operational workflows.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.\nCreate executive-ready presentations, metrics summaries, and business insights for leadership reviews.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives, special projects, and organizational events as needed.\n Minimum Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering Management or a related discipline.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nTechnical Qualifications Required\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:Pivot Tables\nVLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and other advanced formulas\nData analysis and reporting\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including:Dashboard creation\nData visualization\nBasic data modeling\n\nExperience with Microsoft SharePoint, including:Document management\nSite content organization\nCollaboration features\n\nProficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.\nPreferred\nExperience with Python, SQL, Power Automate, or Power Apps.\nKnowledge of business intelligence, reporting, or data visualization tools.\nExperience working with large data sets and business metrics.\nFamiliarity with project management or process improvement methodologies.\n Powered by SmartRecruiters -
