We are seeking applicants who will grow and thrive in our culture; be customer inspired, trusting, innovative, team-oriented, inclusive, results driven, collaborative, passionate, and flexible.\n As a Supplier Quality and Reliability engineer, you will be the member of Solidigm's Validation, Quality, and Reliability organization, responsible for addressing supplier related quality events.\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible as the key contact between operations, suppliers, and the customer, ensuring that overall specifications, quality/regulatory requirements, and expectations are met for all purchased product.\nDefine audits and surveys to ensure that all suppliers are meeting Solidigm business requirements and quality standards.\nAbility to execute supplier audit activities related to both validation and on-going management of quality execution capabilities.\nSupplier Performance Management and Development\nMonitoring, report and support of supplier quality metrics and performance. Responsible for supporting supplier corrective action and continuous improvement activities.\nSupport Solidigm managed factories on incoming inspection, problem part resolution through all phases of operations.\nSupport alternative supplier selection. Participates in customer-facing supplier quality activities.\nEnsure supplier has proper Quality Management Systems through metrics, auditing, etc. \nResponsible for providing engineering support for all applicable areas of Quality Assurance.\nPrimary contact between Solidigm and suppliers.
