The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, ODM partners, sourcing teams, commodity managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met while proactively mitigating supply risks.\nThe ideal candidate is data-driven, execution-oriented, and capable of managing complex supply chain challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupply Planning & Material Management\nManage supply planning and execution activities for assigned commodities and programs.\nMonitor supply-demand alignment, supplier commits, inventory health, and material availability.\nSupport demand changes, allocation decisions, and inventory optimization initiatives.\nMaintain planning tools, reports, and supply status trackers to ensure operational visibility.\nSupplier Management & Risk Mitigation\nCollaborate with suppliers, ODMs, and sourcing teams to ensure supply readiness and business continuity.\nConduct supply reviews, forecast alignment discussions, and risk assessments with suppliers.\nMonitor lead times, capacity constraints, allocations, and end-of-life (EOL) notifications.\nDevelop and execute mitigation plans to address potential supply disruptions and risks.\nShortage Management & Recovery\nLead or support critical shortage management and recovery activities.\nDrive supplier pull-in requests, expedite actions, and escalation processes when required.\nCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders to close supply gaps and protect customer commitments.\nTrack supply risks and drive recovery plans through resolution.\nData Analytics & Process Improvement\nDevelop and maintain supply chain dashboards, reports, and management summaries.\nLeverage Excel, Power BI, AI, and analytics tools to improve supply visibility and planning effectiveness.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.\nUtilize automation and AI solutions to streamline planning processes and reporting activities.\n Required\nBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Material Planning, Procurement, Supplier Management, Manufacturing Operations, or related functions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\nStrong ownership mindset, execution discipline, and follow-through.\nPreferred\nExperience in semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, EMS, ODM, or OEM environments.\nExperience managing suppliers, supply constraints, material shortages, or recovery activities.\nExperience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools.\nFamiliarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply planning processes.\nExperience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, automation solutions) to improve productivity and decision-making.\nProficiency in English communication within a global business environment.\n Powered by SmartRecruiters -
