This role ensures effective cash management, optimizes banking relationships, and supports treasury systems and processes to enable efficient and compliant financial operations.\nKey ResponsibilitiesCash Flow Forecasting & Analysis\nDevelop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts\nPerform variance analysis and identify drivers impacting forecast accuracy\nContinuously improve forecasting methodologies and tools\nLiquidity & Cash Management\nManage daily cash positioning across accounts\nExecute intercompany funding transfers and third-party payments in compliance with company policies\nEnsure sufficient liquidity to support ongoing operations\nFinancing & Banking Management\nSupport negotiation, renewal, and optimization of bank credit facilities\nMonitor financing costs and identify opportunities to reduce expenses\nMaintain and strengthen banking relationships to support business needs\nTreasury Systems & Process Optimization\nSupport daily operations of treasury systems (e.g., SAP/ERP, host-to-host bank connectivity)\nIdentify opportunities to streamline and enhance treasury processes and SOPs\nPartner with internal teams to improve automation and system efficiency\nReporting, Compliance & Audit\nPrepare regular treasury reports for internal stakeholders\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls\nSupport internal and external audit activities\nRegulatory & SAFE Compliance\nMonitor regulatory changes, including SAFE requirements\nInterpret and implement updates to applicable treasury regulations\nPrepare and submit regulatory reports as required\nStakeholder & Team Collaboration\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on treasury-related activities\nManage relationships with banking partners and external stakeholders\nProvide guidance and informal mentoring to junior team members\nContinuous Improvement & Technology Adoption\nLeverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve analysis and reporting\nPromote best practices and knowledge sharing across treasury operations\nKey Competencies\nFinancial Acumen\nAnalytical Thinking\nAttention to Detail\nStakeholder Collaboration\nProcess Improvement Mindset\nAdaptability and Continuous Learning\n Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field\n8+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or related discipline\nStrong understanding of cash management, forecasting, and banking operations\nExperience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and treasury platforms\nFamiliarity with regulatory requirements (including SAFE)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a multinational or global organization\nPrior exposure to financing activities and credit facility management\nExperience with treasury management systems and automation initiatives\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nExperience leveraging data analytics or AI tools in financial operations\n Powered by SmartRecruiters -
