Serving as the primary project leader for R&D lab and office buildouts and site improvements, this role drives projects from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with safety, schedule, budget, quality, and business requirements. The ideal candidate brings 8-12 years of commercial construction project management experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strategic Planning & Change Management | Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement | Vendor & Contract Management | Project Management\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end management of workplace construction and renovation lab and office projects from concept through occupancy.\nManage project scope, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource planning.\nCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.\nOversee tenant improvements (TI), lab and office renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.\nEnsure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and corporate standards.\nStrategic planning of office and labs\nManage contractor selection, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and project execution.\nMonitor construction progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve project issues proactively.\nTrack project budgets, approve invoices, manage change orders, and provide financial reporting.\nPartner with Facilities, IT, Security, EHS, HR, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery.\nCustomer Service & Stakeholder Engagement\nDevelop and maintain project documentation, schedules, status reports, and executive presentations.\nLead project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranty management, and lessons learned.\nDrive continuous improvement in project management processes, standards, and workplace delivery practices.\n Required Qualifications\nThis position requires an on-site presence five (5) days per week and is based at Solidigm Headquarters in Rancho Cordova, California.\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field.\n8-12 years of commercial construction project management experience.\nDemonstrated experience managing workplace, corporate office, R&D labs, or industrial construction projects.\nStrong knowledge of construction methodologies, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets ranging from small improvements to large capital investments.\nKnowledge of building codes, permitting processes, ADA requirements, and workplace safety standards.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, CCM, LEED, or related professional certification.\nExperience working within technology, manufacturing, semiconductor, or corporate campus environments.\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, MS Project, Box or similar project management tools.\nExperience with workplace strategy, occupancy planning, and team member experience initiatives.\n This position is also eligible to participate in Solidigm's restricted stock unit (RSU), restricted cash unit (RCU), and cash bonus programs.
