Eine/-n: \n\n Applikationsentwickler:in & IT-Support (m/w/d) - 60-100% \n Deine Rolle \n Support & Betrieb (ca. 50%)\n Du bist Ansprechperson im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support – vor Ort, telefonisch, remote\n Du betreust Clients, Server, Netzwerk und Microsoft 365\n Du beschaffst, installierst und verwaltest Hard- und Software\n Du sorgst fürs On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden\n Du kümmerst dich um IT-Sicherheit, Backups und Dokumentation\n Entwicklung (ca. 50%)\n Du entwickelst interne Applikationen und Tools – von der Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz\n Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Abläufe und baust Schnittstellen zwischen SAP, M365 und weiteren Systemen\n Du entwickelst bestehende Applikationen weiter\n Du sprichst direkt mit den Anwender:innen und siehst, was deine Lösung bewirkt\n Was du mitbringst \n Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik (EFZ Applikations- oder Plattformentwicklung, HF, FH) – oder gleichwertige Erfahrung, gerne auch als Quereinsteiger:in mit nachweisbaren Projekten\n Solide Programmierkenntnisse (z.B.
