And we’re just getting started\nThe Role\nAs a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Data Integrations), you’ll be a hands-on contributor improving how Solink ingests, structures, and scales its growing data ecosystem. You’ll build and refine the systems that bring POS, access control, environmental, labor, and other data sources into the Solink platform-empowering our customers with richer, more actionable insights.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with the Data Integrations team to modernize our architecture, transition toward more scalable integrations, and design solutions that support the next level of Solink’s growth. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, learning quickly, and shaping new capabilities from pre-existing solutions and from the ground up.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and improve data integration pipelines to ingest POS, access control, environmental, labor, and emerging data sources into the Solink platform.\n\nContribute to the design and evolution of a scalable, architecture-driven framework that reduces friction and enables faster, standardized integrations.\n\nWork across the stack (approx. 80% backend, 20% frontend) to deliver robust and reliable customer-facing and internal-facing features.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate, simplify, and streamline integration workflows.\n\nBring best practices from more mature engineering environments to help the team scale effectively.\n\nChampion continuous improvement-technically, operationally, and culturally-especially around leveraging new technologies like AI.\n\nWhat You Bring\nExperienced with helping organizations go through significant scale-up and an understanding of the challenges that come with growth, redesigning past solutions to be more scalable.\n\nStrong full-stack development experience, with deep backend expertise using JavaScript/Typescript and Node.js.\n\nWorking knowledge of React or similar frontend frameworks.\n\nExperience with leveraging cloud platform providers, ideally AWS.\n\nExperience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, Redis\n\nProven ability to design, build, and maintain data pipelines or integrations at scale.\n\nExperience adapting quickly-whether learning a new tech stack, working in unfamiliar domains, or solving problems from first principles.\n\nDemonstrated resilience, ownership, and a drive for continuous professional growth\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Postgres, and Snowflake.\n\nFamiliarity with multiple types of data sources (POS, IoT/sensor data, labor or workforce data, etc.).\n\nExposure to or interest in Developer Relations concepts and understands what good developer documentation and tooling entail.\n\nEnthusiasm for experimenting with and embracing AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.\n\nSecurity Requirements\nCandidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;\n\nBe a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;\n\nBe willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.\n\nMandatory Onboarding visit in Ottawa/Toronto during first week of employment\n\nMandatory onsite visits periodically (quarterly basis)\n\nOur Values\nWe do things the Solink way:\nAct with URGENCY - Our customers move fast, so we do too.\n\nDeliver with QUALITY - We sweat the details and hold a high bar.\n\nWin with TEAM - No egos.
