Working in multidisciplinary teams, we develop solutions that leverage AI, machine learning and analytics to improve decision-making, enhance services, streamline operations, and create new opportunities for growth. \nYour role in a nutshell \nAs an AI Designer, you help our customers identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that create sustainable and meaningful value for both businesses and end-users. You combine business understanding, human-centered and AI expertise to help organizations solve complex challenges, redesign ways of working, and successfully adopt AI-powered solutions. The solutions may involve Generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, predictive analytics, optimization, recommendation systems, or other data-driven technologies. \nYou work closely with AI/ML Architects, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders. Your role is to help teams focus on the right problems, design useful solutions, and create measurable outcomes for users and organizations. \nDepending on the engagement, you may help customers identify and prioritize AI opportunities, redesign business processes, facilitate strategic discussions, shape AI roadmaps, support adoption and transformation initiatives, or contribute to the design of AI-enabled services and products. \nWe will discuss the exact scope and focus of your role based on your experience, skills, and interests. Depending on your level of experience and responsibility, your monthly salary will range from 5500 € to 6500 €. \nIn practice, your work includes: \nFacilitating AI opportunity discovery, prioritization and ideation workshops.\nUnderstanding customer processes, users, and business goals.\nSupporting the development of AI strategies, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives. \nDesigning future workflows where people and AI collaborate effectively. \nCreating concepts, service blueprints, journey maps, prototypes, and experiments.\nDefining requirements, success criteria and business outcomes for AI solutions.\nWorking closely with AI/ML Architects, AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists throughout the solution lifecycle.\nFacilitating alignment and decision-making across business stakeholders, users, and technical teams regarding AI investments and priorities. \nSupporting AI adoption, organizational change and capability development.\nContributing to Solita's methods, offerings and thought leadership related to AI and analytics. \nWhat helps you succeed in this role: \nProven experience in service design, business design, strategic design, innovation, business consulting, or a related field.\nA systems-thinking mindset and the ability to connect business and user needs as well as technological possibilities.\nExperience designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered, data-driven and digital solutions that improve business outcomes and user experiences.\nGood understanding of modern AI, machine learning, analytics, and data science, including both their capabilities and limitations. \nUnderstanding business models, business design, and service design, combined with an appreciation for the importance of human insight.\nUnderstanding responsible and trustworthy AI principles, including AI governance considerations, and the ability to incorporate them into the design and adoption of AI solutions. \nStrong collaboration skills and experience working with AI development teams. \nStrong facilitation skills and the ability to guide diverse stakeholder groups toward shared understanding and decisions.\nAbility to work in a consultative role and understand both customer context and business objectives.\nComfortable working in ambiguous environments and helping teams move from ideas to action. \nStrong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.\nFluent working proficiency in English.
