This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of data processes to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nData Integration (60%)\nDesign, build, and maintain seamless data integrations with customers using Streams, Databases (DBs), and APIs.\nEnsure efficient data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.\nOptimize integration pipelines for performance and scalability.\nCustomer Support & Issue Resolution (30%)\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration or data-related issues for customers.\nAct as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients optimize their data processes.\nWork closely with Customer Success teams to enhance the onboarding experience and reduce time to value.\nContinuous Improvement (10%)\nProvide insights to enhance data integration processes, improve system efficiency, and contribute to automation efforts.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement best practices.\nRequirements and Qualifications:\nMust-have:\nUp to 6 months of experience working with SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to understand end-to-end (E2E) data processes and optimize workflows.\nExcellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in data transformation and pipeline issues.\nStrong ability to write high-performance, reusable SQL queries across multiple databases.\nDegree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.\nHigh level of English required\nAdvantage:\nRussian -
