You will:\nBe a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.\n\nConduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions and support UATs.\n\nWork closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.\n\nBe an active member of an Agile team, taking ownership for your topics.\n\nTest yourself in various roles performing varied tasks in an international environment.\n\nAbout the requirements. You need:\nAt least a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields.\n\nGreat command of English language, being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers (at least C1 level).\n\nUnderstanding agile ways of working.\n\nProven ability to apply both intuitive and analytical reasoning to approach complex problems.\n\nTo be able to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.\n\nAbout the wishes. Nice to haves:\nFirst experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.\n\nFamiliarity with insurance business processes.\n\nExperience working in fintech, consulting, implementation, or IT company, especially in the fields of insurance or bancassurance.\n\nTeam leadership skills and management experience.\n\nGood knowledge of German or French.\n\nBusiness proficiency in Swedish.\n\nWhile having the main office in Poland, you want to work with our Clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time.\n\nAbout our promises.
