You will:\nBe a part of consulting or implementation team during IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies.\n\nConduct data analysis, define functional requirements, prepare documentation, and support testing phases including UATs.\n\nWork closely with software developers, data engineers and IT architects on a daily basis.\n\nUse analytical tools (SQL, Excel, Python, BI tools) to perform data exploration, validation, solution design and troubleshooting.\n\nSupport creation and maintenance of data models, reports, dashboards and analytical prototypes.\n\nCollaborate in Agile teams, taking ownership for assigned topics.\n\nTest yourself in various roles, performing varied tasks in an international environment.\n\nAbout the requirements. You need:\nAt least 3 years of experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance.\n\nKnowledge of modern cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks).\n\nAt least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, data analytics or similar fields.\n\nGreat command of the English language (at least C1), being fully confident collaborating with English native speakers.\n\nSolid analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems using both structured thinking and intuition.\n\nPractical knowledge of SQL and Excel (data cleaning, pivot tables, lookups, basic automation).\n\nBasic experience with Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, simple scripts, data preparation).\n\nExperience with any Power BI (creating reports, dashboards, basic DAX).\n\nUnderstanding of Agile ways of working.\n\nAbility to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.\n\nAbout the wishes. Nice to haves:\nExperience in insurance or financial services projects.\n\nFamiliarity with insurance business processes.\n\nTeam leadership skills and management experience.\n\nGood knowledge of German or French.\n\nWillingness to work with international clients and travel occasionally (up to 50% of working time when required).\n\nAbout our promises.
