You need:\nAt least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer, using Java/Gosu.\n\nA minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, such as a Tech Lead or Architect.\n\nA fluency in English and German (at least B2/C1 level) is a must.\n\nSolid hands-on experience with systems integration or in the insurance domain.\n\nStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions and effectively facilitate workshops.\n\nExperience in estimating effort on various levels and identifying potential risks.\n\nAny of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience.\n\nReadiness to travel regularly (depending on the project, we work partially from the client side).\n\nAbility to work in the European Union.\n\nAbout the wishes.
