You will:\nLead IT implementation or advisory projects for Insurance, bringing value through combining consulting toolkit with project management capabilities, and deep understanding of insurance business processes and business models.\n\nOversee projects from their very beginning to the successful formal closure, while managing timelines, scope, budget, risks and dependencies.\n\nSupervise and support business analysis and solution design by facilitating client workshops and driving communication as needed by the project.\n\nAct as a team leader for small, agile, cross-functional delivery Teams, supporting the growth of junior team members.\n\nBuild relations with key client stakeholders based on substantiative industry knowledge and being seen as a trustworthy advisor.\n\nLead or support B2B business development efforts, including cross-selling and up-selling our services.\n\nCoordinate preparation and presentation of proposals for the clients’ decision makers.\n\nCommunicate effectively and professionally with clients, even in challenging or high-pressure situations, managing their expectations and needs.\n\nAbout the requirements. You need:\nAt least 7 years of professional experience in IT projects for Insurance, preferably in P&C lines.\n\nComprehensive understanding of how insurance carriers operate with deep understanding of core business processes.\n\nExperience in functional design and implementation of IT solutions in a role of PM, Team Lead and/or Lead BA\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, negotiate and defend company interests\n\nProven ability to explain and apply a delivery methodology to the customer’s project, planning and control teams to establish proper management and risk control\n\nDemonstrated ability to build a joint well-performing team, resolve personal and team issues with limited support, act as a role model to other more junior colleagues.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to ensure the quality of your team’s deliverables\n\nCreativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in solving complex problems, applying the economy-of-effort principles to ensure successful delivery.\n\nAbility to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.\n\nGreat command of English language, at least C1 level.\n\nAbout the wishes. Nice to haves:\nExperience in implementation-related or strategic consulting, particularly in insurance.\n\nAbility to build lasting and positive relationships with the client stakeholders and C-Level representatives.\n\nGood knowledge of German or French.\n\nWhile having the main office in Warsaw, you want to work with our clients abroad, traveling up to 50% of your work time.\n\nAbout our promises.
