You will:\nImplement and customise Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks. \n\nCreate guided flows using Omnistudio and Flows. \n\nConfigure, integrate, and customize Salesforce software to meet client needs. \n\nAs part of the R&D team: create, design, and implement state-of-the-art solutions used by our clients. \n\nWork directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team. \n\nAbout the skills and tools. You will use:\nSalesforce \n\nOmnistudio\n\nApex, Lightning Web Components \n\nFlows, Triggers \n\nGit \n\n… and more depending on project \n\nAbout the requirements. You need:\nMaster’s degree in IT or equivalent and at least 2 years of commercial experience as a Salesforece Developer. \n\nAt least 1 year of commercial experience working with Omnistudio. \n\nBasic understanding of Salesforce Platform. \n\nSolid understanding of software engineering concepts. \n\nStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices. \n\nGood command of the English language, at least B2 level. \n\nEffective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. \n\nAvailability for full-time employment. \n\nReadiness to travel (depending on the project, we work partially from the client side). \n\nAbility to work in the European Union. \n\nAbout the wishes. Nice to haves:\nSoftware development best practices. \n\nExperience with Salesforce Solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Vlocity, Mulesoft and other. \n\nSalesforce Platform Developer or other relevant certification. \n\nWillingness to learn new technologies and solutions. \n\nTeamwork skills and experience. \n\nUnderstanding of design patterns. \n\nAny of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience. \n\nAbility to build lasting and positive relationships with the client and members of managed team. \n\nAdditional languages, like Swedish, German, or French. \n\nAbout our promises.
