You will:\n\nSupport B2B sales activities and participate in delivery of projects in various roles.\n\nLead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions in the insurance and finance sectors.\n\nLead complex business analysis, define functional requirements, design solutions and mentor less experienced team members.\n\nAct as a solution or business architect based on project needs.\n\nBuild lasting relationships with the clients’ key personnel and leadership.\n\nWork closely with software developers and IT architects on a daily basis.\n\nProvide leadership on Salesforce best practices and drive adoption among client teams.\n\nPresent and justify architectural solutions to clients, including high-level estimates and technical recommendations.\n\nAbout the requirements. You need:\n\n7+ years of IT experience within the insurance or financial sector. \n\n5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, specifically in large-scale enterprise implementations. \n\nProven track record in functional design and creating High-Level Design (HLD) documents. \n\nStrong understanding of core insurance or business models and processes.\n\nExperience in B2B sales support (presales, scoping, commercial discussions).\n\nFluent English (at least C1 level).\n\nAbout the wishes. Nice to haves:\n\nSalesforce certifications. \n\nStrong stakeholder management skills (building long-term client relationships). \n\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies \n\nUp-to-date knowledge of technology trends (AI, Agentforce, Data 360) and their applications in the industry. \n\nAbout our promises.
