You will:\nDesign and build solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC), leveraging Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors) for insurance clients.\n\nLead the design of IT solutions, taking into account the architecture and its constraints.\n\nServe as a reliable advisor and “sparring partner” for our clients.\n\nIndependently lead a project team, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and maintaining high standards.\n\nConduct active, regular code reviews and help establish and enforce coding standards across the team.\n\nMonitor compliance with project scope, spread good practices, and share knowledge across teams.\n\nCreate well-structured technical documentation (e.g., using BPMN, UML).\n\nWork directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team.\n\nBuild strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, spotting opportunities to expand our engagement where relevant.\n\nAbout the requirements. You need:\nAt least 4 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.\n\nA minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, such as a Tech Lead or Architect.\n\nHands-on experience with Apex (Triggers, Batch, Async Apex) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).\n\nExperience with REST/SOAP web services integrations.\n\nStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and clean code principles.\n\nFluency in English (at least B2/C1 level) is a must.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions and effectively facilitate workshops.\n\nExperience in estimating effort on various levels and identifying potential risks.\n\nReadiness to travel (we work partially from the client side).\n\nAbility to work in the European Union.\n\nAbout the wishes. Nice to haves:\nFamiliarity with OmniStudio components (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) — or strong readiness to ramp up quickly on top of a solid Apex/LWC foundation.\n\nSalesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer/Consultant, Application/System Architect).\n\nExperience from a consulting company or financial services.\n\nA proactive approach to self-development.\n\nAbout our promises.
