You will:\nImplement and customize Guidewire core insurance system, working with alternative JVM language .\n\nDevelop our own systems as a part of the internal R&D team.\n\nSupport the Team by sharing your knowledge.\n\nAn authority figure for more junior team members.\n\nDesign IT solutions and prepare documentation.\n\nCreate unit tests.\n\nWork directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team.\n\nAbout the skills and tools. You need:\nAt least 4 years of commercial experience as a software developer, preferably in Java.\n\nHands-on insurance domain experience.\n\nStrong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.\n\nSolid understanding of software engineering concepts.\n\nGood command of English language at least B2/C1 level.\n\nGood command of French or German language at least B2 level.\n\nWillingness to learn new technologies and working with them.\n\nEffective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.\n\nAny of the following: Web services (REST/SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience.\n\n“Can do” attitude.\n\nAbility to work in the European Union.\n\nAbout the wishes.
