Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung und Überwachung von Photovoltaik-Großprojekten in Süddeutschland
  • Koordination und Kontrolle von Baustellenabläufen, Subunternehmern und Fachgewerken
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Terminen, Qualität, Sicherheit und Kosten
  • Unterstützung bei Bauabnahmen, Dokumentationen und technischen Prüfungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung und anderen angrenzenden Abteilungen
  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung der Bauprozesse

Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Meistertitel oder Technikerabschluss
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Photovoltaik oder Elektro
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Baunormen, Bauabläufen und rechtlichen Grundlagen
  • Organisationstalent mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 70%) sowie Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
