This QA Engineer will work on backend server components of the system and will work cross-functionally with an integrated team of developers, product managers, product owners, and system analysts for test planning, test development, and product verification and validation.Skills and Responsibilities:\n\nAnalyze user stories and technical requirements for validity and proper user experience.\n\nDevelop and write software test plans that cover functional and performance testing both at an integration and system level.\n\nManually test applications, bug fixes, and new features from the team of developers.\n\nIdentify, log, track, and report software defects.\n\nParticipate in the defect workflow for your team.\n\nEffectively communicate software concerns to management and stakeholders of a feature’s progress\n\nTroubleshoot and assist in the diagnosis of unintended results from testing\n\nDocument all QA work thoroughly and accurately\n\nStay knowledgeable on Web browsers and Mobile platforms\n\nProvide recommendations to continually improve and automate testing processes\n\nRequirements\n\n3+ years testing mobile software on one or more platforms\n\nStrong experience in backend server testing\n\nAPI Automation Experience\n\nAPI level Integration Testing (is a plus)\n\nEnd-to-End System Testing Experience\n\nExperience with Automation Frameworks and Tools (Postman, Jmeter, Webdriver.io and Selenium experience a plus)\n\nPrior experience reviewing code (JavaScript and GO experience a plus)\n\nLoad and Performance Testing and Result Evaluation Experience\n\nFamiliar with AWS infrastructure\n\nWorking knowledge of Confluence and JIRA\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nBenefits\nRemote WorkplaceUnlimited Vacation TimeFull Healthcare Benefits\nAbout SoLoSoLo is an online lending platform with a new model for peer-to-peer lending.
