This role supports production operations by executing preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and completing repairs on mechanical, electrical, and control systems. The Maintenance Technician II works with limited supervision, contributes to continuous improvement efforts, and serves as a technical resource for less experienced technicians.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPerform scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) on production equipment and facility systems.\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.\nDiagnose and resolve equipment issues involving motors, drives, sensors, and basic PLC-controlled systems.\nRespond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and restore operations safely and efficiently.\nAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.\nReplace defective components and ensure equipment is returned to proper operating condition.\nDocument maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in the CMMS or maintenance logs.\nFollow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and regulatory requirements.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.\nProvide guidance and support to Maintenance Technician I personnel as needed.\nRequirements\nRequired Knowledge\nSolid understanding of industrial maintenance practices and equipment.\nWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\nBasic understanding of PLCs, sensors, and automated equipment.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAttention to detail and ability to work independently.\nEducation and Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required;
